2. Professional Services and Scope

We provide Canadian immigration consulting services under the direction of Daria Grabchuk, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB R) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

No Client Relationship Created by Website Use

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or professional immigration advice. Using this website, reading our content, or submitting a contact form does not create a consultant-client relationship between you and Daria Grabchuk Welcome to Canada Immigration Consulting Inc.

A consultant-client relationship is only established when both parties have signed a formal Initial Consultation Agreement or Retainer Agreement.

Scope of Consultations

When you book a consultation through our website (via Acuity Scheduling), the consultation is strictly limited to an assessment of your eligibility and general advice based on the information you provide. A consultation does not obligate us to represent you in any application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any other authority. Representation requires a separate Retainer Agreement.

3. User Obligations and Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when communicating with us, filling out forms, or participating in a consultation. The accuracy of our assessment and advice depends entirely on the truthfulness and completeness of the information you provide. We are not responsible for any negative outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by you.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website.

4. Payment, Fees, and Refunds

Consultation Fees

Fees for initial consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking via our third-party payment processor, Stripe. All fees are stated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you must provide at least hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy for Services

We offer a -day money-back guarantee on our service offerings. If you are not satisfied with our services within days of engaging us, you may request a refund, subject to the terms outlined in your specific Retainer Agreement. After the -day period, refunds are governed strictly by the terms of the Retainer Agreement and CICC regulations regarding unearned fees.

5. Limitation of Liability and Guarantees

No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to provide the highest quality of professional service, we cannot guarantee the outcome or success of any immigration application or proceeding. Decisions regarding immigration matters are made solely by IRCC, the IRB, or other relevant government authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daria Grabchuk Welcome to Canada Immigration Consulting Inc., its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, your reliance on any information provided on the website, or the outcomes of your immigration applications.

Service Duration

Due to frequent changes in IRCC regulations and policies, our service offerings and Retainer Agreements are generally limited to a duration of months. We do not offer indefinite representation or "lifetime" services.
