Third-Party Service Providers

  • Stripe: We use Stripe to process payments securely. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers; they are processed directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Acuity Scheduling: We use Acuity Scheduling to manage consultation bookings. Information you provide during the booking process is processed by Acuity Scheduling.

Legal and Regulatory Requirements

As a regulated immigration consulting firm, we may be required to disclose your personal information to:

  • Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), or the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) when acting as your authorized representative.
  • The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) for regulatory compliance and audit purposes.
  • Law enforcement or other government agencies if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

In accordance with CICC regulations, client files are generally retained for a minimum of six years after the conclusion of the representation.

Our primary operations are based in Canada.
